Abstract: A transfer guidance system (100) includes an estimation data generation unit (101), a reception unit (102), a guidance information generation unit (103), and a presentation unit (104). The estimation data generation unit (101) generates estimation data by estimating the operation time of a transportation system on the basis of actual operation data for a plurality of transportation systems. The reception unit (102) receives request information which includes a departure location and a destination. The guidance information generation unit (103) generates, on the basis of the estimation data and the request information, guidance information for guiding a user along a route which is from the departure location to the destination and which extends over a plurality of transportation systems . The presentation unit (104) presents the guidance information to the user.
