Unique Quick Return Crank Assembly For High Speed/Outputs In Pouch Packing Bagger Machine
Abstract: The present invention discloses a multi—track pouch packing bagger machine with high output comprising a multiple printed foil holder assembly, an automatic web guide, a multiple track slitting assembly, a collar assembly, a vertical sealing assembly, a multi—track draw table assembly and a quick return crank assembly. The foil holder assembly loads wide and heavy mu|ti—printed laminate roll. The automatic web guide comprises a lead screw and nut assembly and a plurality of high resolution fork sensors. The multiple track slitting assembly comprises an adjustable doctor blade assembly. The doctor blade assembly slits the mu|ti—printed laminate into different individual tracks. The collar assembly comprises a predetermined number of collars depending on a laminate width. The vertical sealing assembly comprises a plurality of vertical sealers. The multi—track draw table assembly comprises a horizontal jaw assembly further comprising a plurality of horizontal jaw sealers.
