"Video Decoding Device And Video Decoding Method"
Abstract: A video decoding device includes: a dc-multiplexing unit which dc-multiplexes a bitstream including at least information indicating a bit length of an image encoded by entropy encoding and information indicating a bit length of an image encoded by non-compression encoding; an entropy decoding unit which entropy-decodes transformed data of an image included in the bitstream; an inverse transform unit which inverse-transforms the entropy- decoded transformed data of the image; a non-compression decoding unit which non compression-decodes non-compression-encoded data of an image included in the bitstream; and a decoding control unit which controls the entropy decoding unit and the non compression decoding unit, wherein the non-compression decoding unit increases a pixel bit length of the image corresponding to the input data of the non-compression decoding unit, based on difference between the bit length of the image encoded by entropy encoding and the bit length of the image encoded by non-compression encoding.
