Video Decoding Device And Video Decoding Method
Abstract: A video decoding device includes: an entropy decoding unit which entropy-decodes transformed data of an image in a bitstream; a non-compression decoding unit which non-compression-decodes non-compression-encoded data of an image in the bitstream; a pixel bit length increasing unit which increases a pixel bit length of a decoded image by the non-compression decoding unit; and a decoding control unit which controls the entropy decoding unit and the non-compression decoding unit, wherein the pixel bit length increasing unit equalizes a pixel bit length of an image corresponding to input data to the non-compression decoding unit with a pixel bit length of an image corresponding to input data to the entropy decoding unit.
