Water Calefaction Using Conic Section Cst Technology
Abstract: A process for generation of high temperature hot waterfor Industrial applications comprising of a medium sized Conic Section 0043ST Technology, a medium sized Parabolic Trough Collector of the aperture width of size from 3 m. to 4 m, witha simple nut and bolt dis-mantilable construction method comprising of a PTC Array; custom made Aluminium Reflective panels; Stainless steel Receiver tubes; biogas plant; thesaid PTC Array assembly comprising ofTtube support; rods; endplates; torque tubes; aluminium reflectors; integrated channels; composite backers; connectors;the Receiver tube assembly comprising of water tube support/receiver tube support, T section Rods/T rods, End supports, Holders, glass holder ends, spacers, aluminium reflectors; the PTC Array wherein water is heated and circulated through the circulation tank till water attains a predetermined temperatureof upto 95ºC; theheated waterbeing transferred and stored in insulated storage tanks; the storage tank being coupled to a biogas plantto heat the water further to the pre-set temperatures levels; thus making available hot water for use round the clockfor industrial applications;the entire medium sized PTC clock availability of hot water for industrial use, leading to increased efficiency of the unit and overall profitability.
