Wearable Personal Air Cooling System

Abstract: Disclpsed is a wearable personal air cooling system which includes a set Qf FAN, end a regulator connected with powersource provided on clothes for Absorbing sweat & discharging heat according to electric current. Two fans provided in rear of the garment get operate^ with the help of Li-ion battery and is controlled by regulator. While working fans get air frpm the environment and then distribute this Air around the human body. Then this Air after absorbing sweat and discharging heat comes out from Neck and sleeve portion. Outer fabric saves the wearer from outside environment inner fabric helps in circulating air and absorbing swe9t.

Specification

01The following invention relates to wearable cooling systems and associated
garments, such as to maintain comfort and personal performance in high
temperature environment.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION:
2The human body is only capable of effective performance and survival within a relatively narrow range of temperature.
3In particular the human body is configured to sweat moisture through the skin .So that when this moisture evaporates, evaporative cooling takes place on the surface of the skin to cool the individual. And when we feel cool we shiver more to produce excess heat. Hence ,it has been • known throughout the ages for individual to augment their own body temperature control systems with appropriate clothing
4 When hotter temperature are encountered less and lighter clothing is worn, or alternatively clothing which tends to reflect Sunlight or which enhances the prevalence of shade .Working and living in such hot and harsh environments required something extra then clothing.
5 In such Hot and harsh environments the air cooling associated with sweating and maintaining the body temperature of an Individual.

SUMMARY OF INVENTION
06 With this invention a wearable personal air cooling system is provided which can be worn
by the user and provides cooling for the user.
A jacket ,suit ,shirt,kurta ,ladies kurta with collar or with hoody ( a cap ) which includes two small fans placed in both side and whose motion is controlled by a regulatory switch and the whole system is powered by a Li-ion battery system.
7 Preferrably,this garment is in the form of both a jacket ,suit ,shirt,kurta Jadies kurta with collar or with hoody works such that with the air circulation the excess heat from the body can be liberated.
8 The cooling kit is in the form of removable fans which can be attached and detached from the jacket.
9 The jacket which contains a two layer fabric. The first or the outer fabric is mainly from protecting the user from sun and excessive hot environment and second which is present inside the garment is a Net like fabric which is mainly to absorb sweat and also acts like fabric which is mainly to absorb sweat and also acts like a Air trap Mechanism . So that when air don't just go straight out but get diverted from these net threads. Due to this dual layer cloth mechanism overall Air circulatory and heat liberating properties works well.
10. Optionally, elevated and decreases air circulation can be provided with the help of Regulatory switch .
The motors of fans mainly derived from the Li-ion batteries which has been placed in the pockets.

OBJECTS OF INVENTION : ' ,
i. • Provide a cooling system, ii. Cooling system which is in a wearable from, iii. A air circulation system to facilitate optimal functioning of a human within exceptionally
high temperature environments, iv. System is quick responsive and worn by a user in a convenient fashion which avoids
interfering with the functions being performed by the wearer, v. System which cools both the head and Torso of the wearer, vi. Controllable by the user for the maximum comfort. vii. Portable cooling solution for the Athlete, Police, Armed forces , Construction
manufacturing,Private Security,Hotel and catering and many exercise take place place
in Hot environment.
Use by a wearer who suffers from a medical condition where cooling of the body provides a therapatic effect.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS:
11. The accompanying drawings which are included provides a further understanding of the invention and are incorporated in and constitute a part of this application and decription serve to explain the principle of invention.
12. Fig 1 shows the rear view of the air cooling jacket/shirt in this we are seeing the two fans.
13. Fig 2 shows the side view of the system with the regulator wich regulates the High,Medium,Low speed and one of the fan.
14. Fig 3 shows the inside view of the jacket/shirt,having two fans, net clothing which is the second layer and the connected cables.
15. Fig 4 shows the various part of the fans, motor cap, inner casing., holding ring ,outer casing ,fan blade .
16. Fig 5 show the fan port in which cable is connected/disconnected..
17.Fig 6 shows the fan and the outer ring, the application of outer ring is to hold the cloth and

18. After that fig7, shows the outer casing of the fan.

19. Fig 8, shows the inner casing and the casing which holds the d.c motor for the running of fan.
20. Fig 9 shows the blade of the fan, these blades rotates and produce air which gets circulated inside the jacket/shirt and otside the human body.
21. Fig 10 shows the cap which is used to cover the motor and various connections of the motor.
22. Fig 11 shows the outer ring which is used to hold fan and cloth together.
DESCRIPTION OF PREFERRED EMBODIMENT :
23. Referring to the drawings, wherein like reference numerals represent like parts throughout the various drawing figures, Fig 1 explains the rear view of the jacket in which two fans namely A & Fan B is seen and connecting USB port is also present.
24. Fig 2 shows side view of the jacket in which a fan Which is marked as D is visible and also we can see a regulating switch.in which E resembles High, F resembles Medium, G resembles Low, h resembles the switch which is used to make the system ON/OFF.
25. Fig 3, shows the inner part of the jacket which also contains inner net which is used to deflect air around body and h2 is the smaller cable 15 cm for connecting right side fan, I cable 50 cm long is for connecting left side fan K is the regulator and J is the USB port for connecting it to the power source.
26. Now after the description of the overall jacket now we are coming to the various parts of it. Firstly we are explaining fan's part. List is as follows
i. Fan blades, these are the aerodynamically designed fan blades which contains 9 blades
which is responsible for 12 L/sec flow of air. ii. Outer casing is the easing which is visible/semi visible from outside.which is the air inlet
portion of the fan. iii. Holding ring ,the main work of this ring is to hold the fan and cloth together.Ring has
two settings marked as A&B for holding thin as well as thick fabric, iv. Innercasing is for containing motor and the other use of it is to protect human body
from the contact of the Fan Blades, v. • Motor Cap is. designed so as to cover the motor and the 1.3 mm jack connections and
protecting motor from dust and water.

27. Fig 5 is showing the inside view of the jacket and air outlet of fan, Lis showing the 1.3 mm connecting port,M is showing the connecting jack.
28. Fig 6 is showing detaching the Fan from the jacket by pulling out the ring from it.
29. Fig 7 is showing the outer casing of the Fan which is used for air inlet as well protecting the blades from external environments. Air cooling Jacket have two versions 1. In which outer casing is visible and in another case we have designed a specially laser cut Fabric ,which contains small pores which acts as air opening points. N shows the place in which outer Logo of the Coolsius Brand is placed.
30. Fig 8 shovys the inner casing which contains a motor hub 0 which is 3.811 mm wide and has a opening of 6 mm diameter which is for connecting motor shaft with the blade. Inner diameter of the casing is 85.996 mm and outer diameter 90.000 mm.
31. Fig 9 shows a fan blade in which P resembles a copper washer having 2.00 mm diameter, S resembles washer holding fitting having 5.965 mm diameter, Q is the inner hub of fan blade which is having 21.00 mm diameter, R resembles tapered outer hub from where fins started to coming out.
32. Fig 10 is showing the motor hub cap which is being used to protect motor from coming out while working and producing vibration and also protect it from Dust and water, T is the inner layering whose inside diameter is 7.140 mm and outside diameter is 9.141 mm. Cap contains 4 fixtures for giving it the grip for holing the inner casing. The outside diameter of the cap is 39.789 mm.
33'. FIG 11 shows the outer ring which is having a layered boundary V, which is bulged out and whose diameter is 98.94 mm and outside diameter W of the ring is 96.961 mm. Apart from it ,it is having two stoppers X which is used for providing gripping in between fan and garment, for thick fabric and thin fabric. A marked stoppage is for thin fabric, B marked fabric is for Thick fabric.
34. Fig 12 shows the regulator of the fan which contains 1 USB Port and 2 1.3mm type jack. Cable Y whose length from USB Port is 5 cm, then we regulator which contains 3 LED indicators for showing Levels High, Medium & Low. It also contains a switch which is used for ON/OFF as well as for adjusting High,Medium & Low level. Then we have cable namely Z which is 20 cm long,Then we have dual conversion point Al from which two cables came out. A2 Cable length is 15cm long and then we have another cable A3 whose length is 50 cm long.both cable A2 &A3 contains 1.3mm jack for connecting it to the fan ports.

WHAT IS CLAIMED:

A wearable airrcooling system, comprising:
Two air blowing kit provided on clothes for releasing air inside the body from outside
environment.
Fan comprises of one Outer casing, Inner casing, a micro D.C Motor, rotary blades
and a cap for covering motor.
There is a ring and this ring is in two types:
i. One ring with two stoppings these two stoppings are such that these adjust
according to the thickness of fabric i.e A marked setting for Thin fabric B
marked for thick fabric, ii. Second ring which contains thread inside of the ring So these threads on ring
and another threads on fan casing get combines. So in that ring you have to
make ring to move in circulatory direction to adjust the gripping of cloth.
A regulator switch which controls the current in HIGH, MEDIUM and LOW speed , and
the same switch can also makes it ON/OFF. Two fans having two air inlet and releasing air from around neck and two sleeves. Clothes is comprises of two layer one from protecting outer environment, second inner layer (which is typically a net) which provides air trapping mechanism. Stitching of.garment can be in the form of Jacket, suit,shirt, kurta ,ladies kurta with collar or with hpody (a cap);
