Abstract: This invention relates to an integrated water and/or waste water handling system and process to maintain and enhance energy efficiency and water quality for well-being of end user community. Particularly invention is related to monitoring and maintaining the water handling system by enabling date communications with system integration.
Claims:The main object of the invention is to provide an integrated water handling system and process thereof to maintain and enhance energy efficiency and water quality for well-being of end user community.
Another object of the invention is to provide waste water handling system in a domestic and/or commercial establishments.
Another object of the invention is to provide a monitoring and maintaining the water handling system efficacy, efficiency and maintenance.
Another object of the invention is to integrate digitalization and data communication to enable system integrated individualised preventive interventions and processing techniques.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide a system and process to acquire and resolve technical challenges / issues relating to water handling systems deployed at the domestic and / or commercial premises.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide a system using data communication & data processing techniques to enable complete maintenance solution to domestic & commercial buildings so as to generate history of MTTR / MTBF of system failures resulting into continuous improvement of quality, product specifications & customer satisfaction.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide a digitally enabled process to address maintenance and well-being of the water and/or waste water handling system.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide individualised data monitoring and acquiring system for respective end user relating to the water and/or waste water handling system.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide internet of thing enabled remote data capture facility for the water and/or waste water handling system for remote monitoring and analysis of respective components.
Yet another object of the invention is to provide an artificial intelligence based system to predict technical behaviour of the water and/or waste water handling system to enable initiate a proactive maintenance process.
Yet another object of invention is to provide guidance about possible rain water harvesting solutions suitable to premises under contract.
Yet another object of invention is to provide guidance and solution for usage of renewable energy solutions suitable to premises for the energy needs and net metering possibilities.
Yet another object of invention is to provide guidance and solution for water saving solutions. , Description:Water handling system is in a way a lifeline for any residential as well as commercial buildings. Water handling system in case of domestic and commercial buildings are often installed in isolation yet are interconnected and inter dependent. A typical water handling system in building is illustrated in Figure 1. In today’s situation, typically the building owner or the committee awards the contract separately for cleaning of tanks, maintenance of pumps, pumping systems, firefighting systems and sewage treatment plants.
The co-ordination between the agencies is often resulting into malfunctioning or failure of one or more of such systems.
