[0029]
Figure 7 is a diagram showing a first operation example of the forklift 10.
7, the forklift 10 in response to operation of the driver, which illustrates the operation when loading the container 20 which are placed on the site, such as a container yard is carried origin. In this case, the IC tag 21 and the antenna 11 are close. When the IC tag 21 and the antenna 11 is close, reception intensity obtaining section 61 detects the reception of the signal transmitted from the IC tag 21 with the first threshold value or more reception intensity. Then, the warning output unit 62 outputs the first warning information indicating the collision risk. Warning output unit 62, once outputs a first warning information when receiving a signal at a first threshold value or more reception intensity. Accordingly, the driver, the first warning information to operate the forklift 10 so as not to continuously output.
[0030]
Receiving intensity obtaining unit 61 may receive a signal transmitted from a plurality of IC tags 21. For example, if the container 20 is arranged, the receiving intensity obtaining section 61 receives a signal from the IC tag 21 respectively to which they are provided in each container 20. Warning output unit 62 includes a container ID that indicates the highest reception intensity signal of the plurality of signals received, the signal transmitted from the IC tag 21 of the forklift 10 is attached to the container 20 to be conveyed to identify the container ID. Warning output unit 62 detects the reception of the signal containing the container ID in the first threshold value or more reception intensity, and outputs a first warning information indicating the collision risk.
[0031]
Receiving intensity obtaining unit 61 may detect that it has received a signal transmitted from the IC tag 21 with a small second threshold value or more reception strength for its value than the first threshold value. Container management unit 63 outputs the container ID included in the work instruction information to the warning output unit 62. Warning output unit 62, when the container ID is included in each of the plurality of signals received, selects the container ID of the receiving intensity included in the tallest signal. Warning output unit 62 determines the comparison object with the container ID contained the selected container ID in the work instruction information. Warning output unit 62 determines whether or not the container ID and the selected container ID included in the work instruction information matches. Warning output unit 62, warning information when the container ID and the selected container ID included in the work instruction information do not match, indicating that different from the container 20 shown by the container 20 the work instruction information delivery target to output.
[0033]
Figure 8 is a diagram showing a second operation example of the forklift 10.
Figure 8 is a forklift 10, according to the driver's operation, shows an example of operation when loading the forklift 10 in the case or carrying source placing a container 20 on the carry-out destination. In this case, the antenna 11 position tag 31 approaches. When position tag 31 and the antenna 11 is close, reception intensity obtaining section 61 detects the reception of a signal transmitted from position tag 31 in the third threshold value or more reception intensity. Then, the warning output unit 62 outputs the third warning information indicating the collision risk. Third threshold value may be a value indicating the same reception intensity as the first threshold. Warning output unit 62, a signal in a case where received by the receiving strength of at least a third threshold value, and outputs a third warning information indicating the dangerous collision time. Accordingly, the driver, as the third warning information is not output continuously operates the forklift 10.
[0034]
Receiving intensity obtaining unit 61 may receive a signal transmitted from a plurality of positions tags 31. For example, if it is installed side by side a plurality of positions tags 31 as shown in Figure 2, the receiving intensity obtaining section 61 receives signals from a plurality of positions tags 31, respectively. Warning output unit 62 selects the position ID indicated high reception intensity signal to the second of the plurality of signals by the antenna 11 receives. Warning output unit 62, the position where the container 20 is located, or as a position ID included in signals emitted from that position tag 31 is attached in a position to be arranged the container 20, the selected position to identify with the ID. Warning output unit 62 detects the reception of the signal containing the specified position ID with the third threshold value or more reception intensity, and outputs a third warning information indicating the collision risk. Tallest signal reception intensity among the plurality of signals by the antenna 11 is received by a signal received from the IC tag 21 of the container 20 that the forklift 10 is holding. Thus, the reception intensity when approaching the loading source or unloading destination, signals from the position tag 31 attached to carrying source or unloading destination in the second track or the like in a state where the forklift 10 is holding the container 20 a high signal. If multiple positions tag 31 on a truck carrying-source or out destination is attached, the signal from the nearest position tag 31 to the forklift 10 is higher signal reception strength to the second. Signal from the IC tag 21 to the container 20 forklift 10 is held to obtain mounting et al has a high signal the highest reception intensity. Signal reception strength of third and subsequent among the plurality of signals by the antenna 11 is received by a signal transmitted from the position tag 31 attached to positions different from positions where the forklift 10 is approaching.
[0035]
Receiving intensity obtaining unit 61 may detect that it has received a signal transmitted from position tag 31 at the receiving strength of at least a third threshold value smaller than the fourth threshold value. In this case, a warning output unit 62 outputs the fourth warning information prompting attention to that the forklift 10 in the carry-source or out destination, such as trucks and wagons container 20 is located is close to the driver it may be. Warning output unit 62, when receiving a signal with reception strength more than the third threshold value or less and the fourth threshold value and outputs once a fourth warning information. Accordingly, the driver, as the fourth warning information is not output continuously operates the forklift 10.
[0036]
Container manager 63 acquires the work instruction information sent from the work instruction center apparatus remote. Container management unit 63 outputs the position ID included in the work instruction information to the warning output unit 62. Warning output unit 62, when receiving a plurality of signals, to select a position ID that reception intensity included in the high signal to the second. Warning output unit 62, the position ID selected is determined in comparison with the position ID of the loading source or unloading destination included in the work instruction information. Warning output unit 62 determines whether or not the position ID and the selected arrangement position ID included in the work instruction information matches. Warning output unit 62, when the arrangement position ID and the selected arrangement position ID included in the work instruction information do not match, it outputs the warning information for notifying a working error.
[0037]
Figure 9 is a first diagram showing a processing flow of the service management apparatus 1.
Receiving intensity acquisition unit 61 acquires the reception intensity of the signal by the antenna 11 receives (step S901). Receiving intensity obtaining section 61 outputs the acquired reception strength to the alarm output unit 62. Warning output unit 62, when the antenna 11 is receiving a plurality of signals, ID determines whether container ID or placement location ID included in the signal (step S902). Warning output unit 62, if it contains a container ID, the process proceeds to step S903. Also, the warning output unit 62, if it contains position ID, the process proceeds to step S1001.
If it contains a container ID, the warning output unit 62 specifies a comparison target container ID contained in the highest reception intensity signal (step S903). When the antenna 11 is receiving only one signal, the warning output unit 62 specifies a comparison target container ID contained in the signal. Warning output unit 62 determines the container ID included in the work instruction information, whether and the specified container ID match (step S904). If two containers ID match, a warning output unit 62 compares the reception intensity and the second threshold value of the signal including the identified container ID, receiving intensity determines whether the second threshold value or more (step S905). If the reception intensity is the second threshold value or more, warning output unit 62 compares the reception intensity and the first threshold value of the signal including the specified container ID (step S906). If the reception strength is the first threshold value or more, the warning output unit 62 outputs the first warning information indicating the collision risk (step S907). The first threshold value is greater than the second threshold value.
Reception intensity in the process of step S906 is the case not the first threshold value or more, the warning output unit 62, the forklift 10 outputs a second warning information prompting attention to that close to the container 20 to the driver (step S908). A container ID that is included in the work instruction information in step S904, the case where it is determined that the container ID specified as the comparison does not match, a warning output unit 62 includes a container 20 of the container 20 is transported object indicated by the work instruction information output warning information indicating different (step S909).
[0038]
Figure 10 is a second diagram showing a processing flow of the service management apparatus 1.
Warning output unit 62 identifies the position ID of the comparison target positions ID included in the signal with a high reception strength to the second (step S1001). In the case where not detected container ID to the ID antenna 11 is included in the received signal, the warning output unit 62 may be omitted the processing in step S1001. In other words, the warning output unit 62 may identify the object of comparison the positions ID included in the highest reception strength signal. Warning output unit 62 determines the arrangement position ID included in the work instruction information, whether and the arrangement position ID specified match (step S1002). If the two positions ID match, a warning output unit 62 compares the reception intensity and the fourth threshold value signal including the identified position ID, receiving intensity determines whether a fourth threshold value or more (step S1003 ). If the reception intensity is the fourth threshold value or more, warning output unit 62 compares the reception intensity and the third threshold value of the signal including the specified position ID (step S1004). If the reception strength is the third threshold value or more, the warning output unit 62 outputs the third warning information indicating the collision risk (step S1005). The third threshold value is greater than the fourth threshold.
When the reception intensity is not the third threshold value or more in the process of step S1004, a warning output unit 62 outputs the fourth warning information prompting attention to the forklift 10 is approaching the loading source or out destination to the driver (step S1006). A position ID included in the work instruction information in step S1002, if it is determined the position ID specified as the comparison target do not match, a warning output unit 62, the arrangement of the loading source or unloading destination included in the work instruction information location ID different positions ID work in carrying source or out destination to output warning information for warning as working error (step S1007).
[0039]
Fourth threshold from a first threshold value described above is a value set by the user according to the position of the antenna 11, is recorded in the storage unit of the service management apparatus 1. These threshold is a value suitable for outputting each warning information. Each threshold is determined and measurements and experiments on the basis of the value obtained conducted in advance. For example, the first threshold value based on the reception intensity when the conveying object is in a high position can collide with handling machine, a determined threshold so that the warning information is output. Second threshold value based on the reception intensity when the conveying object is in the position it should be noted that close to the handling machine, is a determined threshold so that the warning information is output. Third threshold, members of the arrangement position of the conveying object carrying source or unloading destination based on the reception intensity when in a position likely to collide with the handling machine, warning information is determined to be output threshold value it is. Fourth threshold value, so that the members of the arrangement position of the conveying object carrying source or unloading destination based on the reception intensity when in a position to be aware that close to the cargo handling device, warning information is output it is the determined threshold.
[0040]
Processing work management device 1 described above can be operate the cargo handling machine such as a forklift 10 and top lifter improve the accuracy of the transportation operation for transporting the target container 20, and the like. In other words, work management apparatus 1, note the driver to prevent a collision with the container 20 of the forklift 10 is carrying the object, it is possible to warn. Service management apparatus 1 is transported and the different containers 20, it is possible to notify the driver that is working with different loading source or unloading destination and work orders.
[0041]
Above the warning output unit 62 in processing each warning information characters or sound, light may be output as vibration.
