Documents required for DSC Registration

The applicant needs to submit copies of address proof, identity proof, business proof, income tax returns and board resolution either in scanned or hard copy format to the Certifying Authority.

In case of Individual

Identity Proof

Passport, PAN Card, Driving License, Bank Account Passbook, Voter ID Card or Aadhar Card.  

Address Proof

Telephone Bill, Water Bill, Gas Connection Bill, Electricity Bill, Bank statement with bank’s stamp and Service Tax/GST Registration Certificate.   

You can also submit any of the above Identity Proof as an Address Proof also. However; if the property is rented a Rent Agreement is also required.

Below are some of the additional business proofs that are to be submitted along with identity and address proof in case the applicant is a part of any company.  

In case of a Company

Pay slip from the organization, Company PAN Card, Copy of Bank Statement, Incorporation Certificate, Memorandum of Association and Article of Association, Last income tax return/audit and annual report, Board Resolution. 

In case of a Partnership

Pay slip from the organization, Company PAN Card, Copy of Bank Statement, Copy of Partnership Deed and last income tax returns/audit and annual report.

In case of Proprietorship

Pay slip of the business, copy of bank statement, income tax return and business registration certificate.

In case of Limited Liability Partnership

Pay slip from organization, Company PAN Card, Copy of Bank Statement, Incorporation Certificate, Last income tax return/audit and annual report, copy of LLP Agreement and Board Resolution.

In case of NGO/Trust 

Pay slip from organization, Company PAN Card, Copy of Bank Statement, Incorporation Certificate, Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA), Last income tax return/audit and annual report,copy of Trust Deed and Board Resolution.
