  • An Online Registration Form is to be filed to register for any NISM exams, available on the NISM Online Certification System.
  • After the candidate fulfills the registration process, he must select:
  • Which exam he wishes to apply for,
  • The testing center,
  • Exam date,
  • Time slot for the exam,

After selecting the above options, fill the enrolment form, after which the candidate is enrolled for that specific exam.

  • The enrolment remains valid for 180 days from the time of such enrolment.
  • The exam slot can be modified (only one modification is allowed) not less than 15 days before the exam date.
  • The candidate will receive a soft copy of the study material free of cost once enrolment is done for the examination.

  • These examinations are for various Securities Market Participants and Intermediaries.
  • Anyone who wishes to learn about the Indian Securities Market may take the exam.
  • There are no criteria for age and educational qualification for taking the NISM exam.

What is the step-by-step process for Registration and Enrolment for NISM Certification Examinations?

The process goes as follows:

  • Candidate must visit the NISM online registration portal (https://certifications.nism.ac.in)
  • Create new account
  • The account will be activated by clicking on the link received by the candidate on the registered email ID.
  • After activation of the account, one can do a NISM certification login through a registered email ID and password.
  • After login, click on New Enrollment for NISM and select the Exam, Date & Test Centre and Slot.
  • Then make Online Payment.
  • Afterward, Print Admit Card and E-receipt.
  • Then the candidate can either Download the soft copy of the Study Material or Purchase a Hard Copy.
