You need to submit PAN card, Aadhar card along with photo identity of the applicant to obtain Fssai registration in India. Additionally, the applicant requires to provide Proof of possession of the premises along with documents supporting the turnover of the business.

Applicants need to provide their contact number along with their Email-Id in the application.

3. Address Proof

Following documents are acceptable as address proof:

•  Utility Bill (water/ electricity or gas)
•  In case of a rented property rent agreement or NOC from the owner of the property.
•  If in case you own the property you can provide sale deed or the property tax receipt.

List of Mandatory Documents 

For Companies

1. Memorandum of Association (MOA),  Partnership deed and self-declaration of proprietorship

2. List of directors with the complete address of all the directors.

For Manufacturing and Processing Unit

1.Name and list of equipment and the machinery along with the number.

2. Chemical and Bacteriological analysis report of the water used.

3. List of food categories desired to be manufactured.

For 100% export oriented Unit and Importers

1. Ministry of Commerce certificate for 100% Export Oriented Unit(EOU).

2. Import Export Code document that is issued by DGFT
