As per the Nice Classification updates 2026, the following clarifications are particularly relevant to Class 10:
Telemedicine devices, wearable health monitors with diagnostic functions, and robotic surgical assistants are now more clearly classified in Class 10. Earlier, some diagnostic wearables were filed in Class 9 because of their electronic nature.
