All Food Business Operators (FBOs) must get themselves registered with FSSAI by making an application for registration or license as per the nature and size of their business.

He must file an online application and the prescribed fee to be submitted via demand draft at the FSSAI office in New Delhi.

Applicant must hold the copy of the acknowledgment received which acts as proof that the applicant has successfully applied for PAN Cancellation.
