Emotional Intelligence As A Mediator In Relationship Between Employee Motivation Job Satisfaction Employee Engagement Conflict Management And Organizational Performance

Abstract

Aim/Purpose: - The aim of the exploratory research study was to know the mediating role of emotional intelligence in between the HRM practices and the organizational performance in the contemporary phenomena where the role of emotional intelligence in the organization is high.Outcome:- The outcome of the research witnessed that the emotional intelligence shows a significant indirect relationship with the factors of human resource management followed by the organizational performance. Research Design/Approach/Methodology:- The researcher has taken 110 sample sizes by developing a structured open ended questionnaire. Researcher applied both descriptive and inferential statistics which include Mean, SD, and Correlation, Regression, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis.Practical Implications: - The outcome of the research can be practically implemented where, the role and need of employee emotions plays a crucial role in the contemporary phenomena of business world.Novelty:- The research it is novel with respect to taken constructs like: Motivation, employee engagement, employee job satisfaction, employee conflict management and other factors which facilitates which impact more needed to control the things with the employee emotions.Originality:- The research it is novel and original, the content and constructs and questions which are included in the analysis not copied from any sources. In fact, it is an exploratory research design.
