FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0001] This invention is directed to a system and method for producing paper by using cow dung, wherein the paper is produced by using cow dung, cow Urine, turmeric, waste cotton hosiery and Seeds of Indian organic plants, flower, fruits and vegetable. More particularly, this invention is directed a system or method to prepare the paper that can be recycled and contain cow dung, Urine along with other eco friendly raw material.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
[0002] In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, the country's dairy industry has developed rapidly, dairy farming in some places even become a local pillar industries, but with the increase in the number of cows, lots of fresh cow dung has become a main sources of pollution affecting the local environment. How to make good use of fresh cow dung, it is currently a serious problem.
3
[0003] Further, the traditional paper pulping process in done by woody plants usually contain fiber as raw material, pulp under alkaline or acidic conditions, it is likely to cause environmental pollution.
[0004] Cow dung is mostly used as fuel cakes or farm fertilizer. Almost 50% of cow dung contains fibers and cellulose. That portion can be extracted and rest of the dung can be used for farm fertilizer and biogas. The fiber portion can be converted into good quality of Hand Made papers and that may fetch substantial income to the owners and lots of cow dung has become the main sources of pollution these days, so making paper from the cow dung is a good use of cow dung and solves the problem of pollution.
[0005] Further, the paper industry is a high energy consumption, high material consumption, and environmental pollution; one of the industry, its pollution comes mainly from the pulping process. In addition, China's forest resources are scarce, the use of grass and straw pulp and paper raw materials, has also been proposed in recent years, leaf stalks with coconut trees, palm trees, nut trees, banana and pineapple trees withered after the outer wrap leather Trunk coconut shell and fruit trees and nut trees for pulp and paper as raw material, but serious pollution to the environment caused by a price.
4
[0006] Above-mentioned systems have not gained widespread acceptance is that such systems do not provide a fully recycled paper that is prepare with the cow dung, urine along with other eco friendly materials.
[0007] Some discuss about paper produce by cow dung that are closely related to recycled products. However, other describes about a system that use of fresh cow dung in order to pulp manufacturing method. Such a process may be inconvenient as it is not fully recycled and costly.
[0008] All of these stated methods and devices/systems and some other methods and devices/systems presently known in the art have had some flaws in design or mechanism and lacks precision. Most of the existing methods are too expensive to be practical for most users. Some shortfalls of the existing methods and systems include environmental pollution. In light of this, there is a need for a method and system that overcomes these constraints.
[0009] The prior art teaches about various system to prepare paper for example, discuss about paper pulp, in particular to a production waste with cow dung, elephant dung, wood, grass fiber pulp method. However, the prior art does not teach a system or method to prepare a paper that is fully recycled and contain cow dung, urine, turmeric, waste cotton hosiery, waste cotton hosiery etc. with the features of the present invention. The present invention fulfills these needs and provides further related advantages as described in the following summary.
5
[00010] Despite the aforesaid drawbacks, there exists a need to provide a system to prepare pulp from cow dung along with other eco friendly raw materials in order to make paper from the pulp.
6
[00011] Furthermore, there is a need for a technology that uses to prepare paper from cow dung along with other eco friendly raw materials. Not only it saves money, but also helps to solve the problem of pollution that affecting the local environment.
[00012] Until now no one has ever devised a technology to prepare the paper that can be recycled and contain cow dung, urine along with other eco friendly raw material.
[00013] The present invention addresses the issues as discussed above.
7

[00035] the created Fiber is put in a industrial beater and perfect proportion of water is mix for mixing and starting to create a semi-pulp;
[00036] After that, In the created Semi-pulp, a perfect proportion of Cow urine is mixed to make it semi-liquid pulp;
[00037] In the created Semi-liquid pulp perfect proportion Cow Dung is mixed to make it perfect Pulp in order to prepare paper;
13
[00038] In the perfect paper pulp, a perfect proportion of Desi Turmeric is mixed, and the mixture beated in the mixer for approximately 6 hrs, after that put the mixture for 6 hours for resting and setting of the mixed pulp;
[00039] After that, the pulp obtained through the above steps is put in a mould in order to prepare the paper, wherein the prepared pulp density can be directly used to produce paper, carry bag, bangle box, pen stand, table top stationary, gift envelopes etc.
[00040] The paper is produced by the help of mould, wherein the mould has two frames that are of same size, wherein one of the frames is attached with a screen, wherein the frame on the mould is used to shape the pulp when making paper by hand.
[00041] Stir the produced pulp, and hold the one frame of the mould that is attached with the screed to side up position, and place a deckle uniformly on top, wherein the mould and the deckle are hold at 45 degree angle;
[00042] Dip the mould and the deckle to the bottom of the pulp and lift it up and hold the mould and the deckle horizontally;
14
[00043] After that, as you lift it out, give it a quick shake back and forth, and left to right to align the fibers and make a more uniform sheet. After that stop shaking before the sheet is fully drained;

[00044] After the sheet is drained, the wet drained sheet is transfer from the mould to a flat absorbent surface, wherein the absorbent surface can be any of the wool blankets, smoother towels, thick paper towels, non-fusible interfacing or pellon, sham-wows, or bed sheets. Further the absorbent surface has board underneath in order to soaks couching materials from the wet drained sheet;
[00045] Remove the deckle from the mould and place a long edge of the mould on the absorbent surface;
[00046] Take the sheet and gently press onto a flat surface, wherein the flat surface can be any of a Smooth wood boards, plexiglass, windows, and formica surfaces, etc.
[00047] Let the paper dry for 1-3 days, wherein the days needed to dry the paper is depends on humidity levels and thickness of the paper.
[00048] Further in the present invention present the paper contain Seeds of Indian organic plants, flower, fruits and vegetables, so that after utilizing the paper, its pieces can be put in the ground or in a pot, add some water for some days, plants
16
will be developed and give you oxygen, in this manner this produced paper is useful in order to balancing the nature.
